UTILITY TECHNOLOGY RELAY REMOTE BOX
Remote relay boxes are positioned at remote sub-boards for load shedding away from the main switchboard.
The remote boxes take control instructions from a Demand Controller or a computer running LoadMan II software at the main switchboard. This enables load control to be spread over a large site with one control point. The communications can be via RS485 cabling, radio or Ethernet.
